About the Studiereizencommissie
The Studiereizencommissie (SRC) of the Overleg Studieverenigingen (OS) operates on behalf of the University of Twente and the Stichting Universiteitsfonds Twente. They verify proof of a study trip, delivered by the responsible study association, and provide the grants to these study trips. Regulations of a grant application to the SRC can be found within the SRC-regulations.
Over de Studiereizencommissie
De centrale Studiereizencommissie (SRC) van het Overleg Studieverenigingen (OS) verstrekt namens de Universiteit Twente en de Stichting Universiteitsfonds Twente subsidies aan studiereizen. Voorwaarden voor subsidiëring zijn te vinden in het SRC-reglement.
Studiereizen wordt verzocht vroegtijdig contact op te nemen met de SRC om de uiteindelijke subsidieaanvraag zo spoedig mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Om versie conflicten te verkomen zijn de advertenties en logos van het Universiteitsfonds nu alleen nog via de website van het Universiteitsfonds te downloaden. |

SRC Application Forms
Announcement for the upcoming study tour
Around October each year, a request for announcement of study tours in the proceeding year will be sent to the associations. Here, you need to announce if a study tour is coming up in the proceeding year such that the SRC can make a budget.
Preliminary documents for the upcoming study tour
If your study tour has been announced, the SRC will share a Google Drive folder with the board of the relevant study association where all preliminary documents as stated in the SRC-regulations can be added. Please send an email to the SRC when all documents are added such that it can be checked. If an advance payment is required, please add an invoice in this folder.
Final documents for the study tour
If your study tour is finished and all settlements have been made, you can add the documents that are required as stated in the SRC-regulations to the shared drive. Again, we ask you to send the SRC a mail so they can check the documents and pay the invoice that should be added to this folder.

The UT has published a document regarding Student Mobility, which gives some clarification about Study Tours and financial compensation in case they are cancelled.
